It's important to practice the breathing techniques during pregnancy and especially before birth. Because of the practice, it can give you the opportunity to familiarize themselves with various techniques, and the coach gives you the opportunity to learn along with them.

It can be really important during labor. During the delivery phase, you will realize that become increasingly difficult to concentrate on your breathing. Midwife or labor companion you may have to go, assist and direct you to the right so breathing can help you maintain control.

Here are a variety of breathing techniques are taught:

a. Abdominal breathing

- Sleep on your back with one pillow, knees bent and opened about 20 cm.

a. Breathing dogs (short and fast)

Breathing is like breathing the chest, it's just the rhythm of breathing faster with half stopped breathing movements (not breathe too deep, short course).

Benefits: Rest or eliminate fatigue after straining. This also performed when the mother has felt like pushing while the opening is not yet complete, so the birth canal is not swollen or torn.
